Happy 250th Birthday, Marines!
Each birthday marks a milestone in our lives. For the U.S. Marines, November 10, 2025 is an extraordinary milestone – 250 years of exemplary dedication and service to our country and the freedoms it embraces. The U.S. Marine Corps motto says it all – Semper Fidelis – Always Faithful.
From the first officer commissioned in the Continental Marines, Samuel Nicholas, to today’s most recent bootcamp graduates, all are part of a proud and valiant history. U.S. Marines have fought long and hard to preserve our way of life and protect our freedom. They continue to improvise, adapt and overcome, meeting each challenge unwavering and unflinching.
On this, their 250th birthday, we wish them well and thank them, each and every one, for their service and commitment to our nation.
